NVIDIA and EBU Team Up to Advance Sovereign AI for European Broadcasters

NVIDIA has partnered with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) to develop sovereign AI frameworks tailored for Europe''s public service media. Announced at Nvidia GTC Paris during VivaTech, the collaboration focuses on cloud and AI technologies designed to enhance autonomy and innovation in broadcasting.

The EBU, representing over 110 member organizations across 50+ countries, will leverage NVIDIA''s expertise to build AI systems aligned with European values. The initiative prioritizes data protection, cultural identity, and regional compliance, ensuring public trust and equitable access.

Workforce development and localized AI ecosystems FORM the core of this partnership. By utilizing European cloud infrastructure, the project aims to foster resilience while adhering to strict privacy regulations.
